Sustainable funding isn't built by fixing people. It's built by the conditions they work in: investing in your fundraisers - staff, trustees and volunteers alike - and giving them the time to learn, to fail, to celebrate and to succeed.
My workshops, training and solo fundraiser support provide your people with the tactical ideas, operational insight and strategic understanding to help them thrive.
Fundraising Capability
Fundraising & income generation workshops
Sometimes you don't need a full strategy process, you simply need practical ideas and inspiration. This is where I come in!
I can refresh people with experience and educate people completely new to fundraising. I deliver interactive, interesting workshops that you will leave with clear actions to take as a result. Ideal for a single organisation, or a group you may support.

Fundraising for Trustees
Fundraising staff and Trustees are, in theory, on the same side.
In practice, they often operate with different assumptions, pressures, and ideas about what success looks like.
This session is less about teaching Trustees how to fundraise, and more about helping them understand the fundraising environment. They will learn more about how to empower their fundraisers: what they can do, from their position, to make a positive difference.

Solo Fundraiser Support
Are you a fundraiser working on your own? Maybe even part time. Your manager may not be a fundraiser, but they try to help.
Making decisions can be exhausting. Putting an action plan together can feel paralysing when there is so much to do, but so little time in the week.
I can help. I will work with you to provide practical guidance and support. From a half day of planning to monthly check-ins, we help build confidence in your decision-making.

Developing a fundraising strategy
Many organisations will reach for a new activity to increase their income before they've decided what their funding mix should actually be, or why. Strategy work is the step that can get missed: deciding what you're trying to build, and whether your current resources can take the weight you're putting on them.
I deliver this training as part of the NCVO Associate team: please see their website for the next session.

"Hannah is an utter joy to work with. She has an abundance of common sense, which we all know is not as common as the name would suggest. She's a really energetic and positive problem solver but doesn't shy away from hard truths or saying it as it is. Her breadth of practiced, lived, and learned experience is quite something, and she's generous with it all."
