Terms & Conditions for Expertise Not Leadership pilot, Sept 2026

What you're booking

A place on the Expertise Not Leadership pilot course, comprising four live online sessions of 50 minutes each, held at 4pm on Thursdays 17th September, 24th September, 1st October and 8th October 2026. Sessions are hosted by Hannah Kowszun via Zoom. Maximum 12 participants.

Access to a private Slack channel for peer engagement between sessions is included.

Payment

The pilot price is £119, payable in full at the point of booking via Stripe. This is a reduced rate reflecting the pilot status of the course; the full price for future cohorts is likely to be in the region of £275.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your place before 10th September 2026, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email hello@peoplepurpose.co.uk to request this.

After 10th September 2026, places are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, please let me know if you plan to do this at hell@peoplepurpose.co.uk.

If I need to cancel or postpone a session, I will give you as much notice as possible. In the event that the course cannot go ahead as planned, you will be offered either a full refund or a place on a future cohort, whichever you prefer.

Pilot participation

This is a pilot course. By booking, you agree to complete a short feedback process at the end of the programme. Your honest feedback will directly shape the development of future cohorts. Participation in the feedback process is the only additional commitment beyond attending the sessions.
