Team Development Workshop

Most teams know how to work alongside each other. Fewer understand what each person actually needs to do their best work.

How your team works is shaped largely by the conditions you're operating in: the pressures, the assumptions, the things that don't get said. Exploring these things together is more useful than categorising each other's Myers-Briggs type.

This session will help you understand each others' needs and motivations more clearly, contributing to a better working environment in the future.

Over this session we will explore:

  • what each person in the team actually needs to do their best work, and whether those needs are currently being met

  • what the team understands, and doesn't, about each other's roles, needs and motivations

  • where any friction in the team might come from, and whether it's about people or about conditions

  • what might need to be different for the team to work better together.

You will leave with a shared picture of what your team needs to operate more effectively, and a clearer sense of anything that may need to change.

Workshop structure: In-person, three hour session with 2 short breaks.
