Personal development

Investment in your people is always valuable. From the practical returns in skills and knowledge, to the social returns in feeling valued, it is time and money well spent.

Investment in yourself is just as important.

We help people who are driven by purpose to understand their personal and professional needs, and how to meet them.

A one-hour reflective session for people working in purpose-driven roles to think about what’s next.

If you’re feeling uncertain about your role or direction, this focused session helps you step back and make sense of where you are.

We’ll explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change — so you can decide your next step with clarity and confidence.

Your Job: Love it or Leave it

Ideally your values reflect your culture. But too often an organisation will have a list of values that are at odds with what people actually experience, or the behaviours that are encouraged day to day.

Values exist on a spectrum. An organisation might say it is "open and transparent", for example, but there is a huge difference between being fully open (everyone knows each others' salary, all reporting includes both the great and the ugly etc.) and slightly open.

My approach takes both of these things into account. It also encourages use of past examples and potential scenarios, so that value statements come to life and are of practical use.
